Store & Operations Executive – PIQO Toy Store (Kolkata)
About PIQO
PIQO is a toy brand and retail store based in Kolkata, offering innovative, fun, and engaging toys for children. We also cater to return gifts and celebrations, with online orders and shipping available pan-India.
We are looking for a responsible, organised, and trustworthy female Store & Operations Executive based in Kolkata to manage the day-to-day store activities and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management: Keep the store neat, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, monitor product availability, and ensure all products are properly stored and handled.
- Customer Handling: Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and assist them with product selection.
- Order Management: Manage customer orders, coordinate packing and dispatch, and track order fulfilment for online and offline sales.
- Back-Office Operations: Maintain daily sales records, update inventory sheets, manage order details, and handle routine administrative work.
- Product Management: Ensure products are safe, intact, properly displayed, and accounted for.
- Customer Coordination: Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate through WhatsApp and other communication channels when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Must be based in Kolkata.
- Must be organised, honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in retail, store management, e-commerce, or back-office operations will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable managing both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities.
