About Da’Villas
Da’Villas is a curated luxury villa booking platform focused on private villas, nature-led stays, intimate celebrations, destination weddings, group getaways and extraordinary experiences across India.
We are looking for a Luxury Booking & Revenue Manager to lead booking conversions, manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and negotiation skills with booking management, customer relationship building and commercial ownership.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming enquiries across calls, WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels.
* Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings for luxury villas, private buyouts, group stays, celebrations and curated experiences.
* Own and achieve assigned monthly sales, booking, revenue and conversion targets.
* Handle high-value enquiries, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties and packages.
* Drive consistent follow-ups, objection handling, negotiations and booking closures.
* Manage the complete booking journey, from enquiry and availability coordination to payment follow-ups and booking confirmation.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, premium upgrades, add-on experiences and repeat bookings.
* Monitor lead pipeline, conversion ratios, average booking value and revenue performance.
* Build relationships with premium customers, HNI clientele, corporates, travel partners and wedding planners.
* Coordinate with property owners, operations and internal teams to ensure accurate booking details and a smooth guest experience.
* Maintain updated CRM records, booking trackers, sales reports and revenue forecasts.
* Support team performance, sales process improvements and booking-related training as required.
* Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to improve booking volume and revenue.
Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, hotel reservations, villa rentals, travel sales or a related industry.
* Strong experience in sales conversion, booking management and revenue generation.
* Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
* Understanding of booking processes, customer handling, pricing and upselling.
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings with accuracy and urgency.
* Strong ownership, accountability and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Details
* Location: Ahmedabad – Work from Office
* Working Days: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 10:30 AM–3:30 PM
* Role: Full-time
* Performance: Target-driven, with performance-based incentives
