We are looking for an experienced CMDB Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Configuration Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CMDB solutions, ensuring accurate configuration data, effective service mapping, and seamless integration with enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB architecture aligned with ITIL and enterprise ITSM standards.
Define CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules.
Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.
Configure and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Establish CMDB governance, data quality standards, compliance controls, and lifecycle management processes.
Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, monitoring tools, and other enterprise applications.
Define and implement CMDB health dashboards, KPIs, and data quality metrics.
Lead CMDB maturity assessments, audits, gap analysis, and remediation initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, security, and operations teams.
Provide technical leadership, architecture documentation, implementation guidance, and stakeholder management.
Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB architecture and implementation.
Hands-on experience with CSDM, CI classes, relationships, and data modelling.
Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM processes.
Experience with CMDB integrations, APIs, data imports, and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of CMDB data governance, health, completeness, correctness, and compliance.
Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies, including Azure, AWS, servers, networks, and databases.
Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integration technologies is preferred.
