Roles & Responsibilities
Extensive experience in electrical MEP execution for high-rise residential buildings, with sound knowledge of complete residential electrical systems.
Manage large contractor teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.
Review electrical drawings, identify design discrepancies, and resolve site-related technical issues independently.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, applicable IS codes, NBC provisions, project specifications, and safety standards.
Raise, monitor, and close NCNs, ensuring compliance with quality standards and corrective actions.
Manage inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and monitor quality parameters of MEP and associated civil works.
Ensure project planning, timely execution, quality control, and coordination with other services.
Must have handled at least two projects from concept/design coordination to completion and handover.
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in residential high-rise projects.
Excellent team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take independent decisions and ensure quality and timely project delivery.
