Functional Expert for CXO Hiring: FMCG

This is an independent consulting role with Our client is looking to engage with a Consultant to assess CXO-level talent across various functional areas for a leading FMCG and food-processing organization.
Conduct functional assessments and interviews of senior-level talent across various functions in the FMCG and food-processing industry.
Evaluate candidates based on functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and industry experience.
Assess candidates across key functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Food Processing/R&D, Brand Management, and Business Leadership.
Provide structured assessment feedback and insights.
Prepare and submit a comprehensive final assessment report for each candidate.
Skills Required
30+ years of experience in the FMCG or food-processing industry.
Extensive senior leadership experience, preferably at CXO or equivalent levels.
Deep functional expertise in one or more areas, such as Sales, Supply Chain, Food Processing/R&D, Brand/Category Management, or Business Strategy.
Strong understanding of FMCG business operations and the food-processing ecosystem.
Proven ability to assess senior leadership talent and evaluate functional competencies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
