Program Manager

About The Role
The role drives execution across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, owning the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-quarter programs from kickoff through launch.
This is a hands-on role for a program manager who thrives on ambiguity: building roadmaps, unblocking teams, managing dependencies, and keeping leadership informed with clear, data-backed status.
Key Responsibilities
Own program plans end-to-end: scoping, milestones, resource allocation, risk registers, and launch readiness
Run cross-functional ceremonies including sprint planning, program reviews, and executive readouts using tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion
Track and manage cross-team dependencies, escalating blockers and negotiating trade-offs with engineering and product leads
Build and maintain program dashboards and KPI reporting in tools like Looker, Tableau, or spreadsheets
Drive post-launch retrospectives and process improvements, documenting learnings into playbooks
Manage program budgets, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows where applicable
Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders from ICs to VP-level leadership
What We Are Looking For
4-7 years of program or project management experience in a technology environment
Proven track record shipping complex, multi-team programs on time with measurable outcomes
Fluent with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar)
Strong analytical skills; comfortable building models and reports in SQL or advanced spreadsheets
Excellent written communication — can distill ambiguity into crisp plans and executive summaries
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience; PMP or CSM a plus
Bonus: experience with technical programs (API launches, platform migrations, infrastructure work) or prior software engineering background
