About the Role
Psalm’s Wings International Travels is seeking a qualified, customer-focused and organised professional to join our team as a Travel & Tour Operations Officer / Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidate will handle travel-related enquiries, assist customers with bookings and reservations, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide professional customer support while contributing to the growth of our travel and tourism business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with domestic and international flight enquiries, bookings and reservations.
Provide customer service through WhatsApp, email and telephone.
Support hotel reservations, tour packages, airport transfers and other travel arrangements.
Assist customers with travel documentation information and visa-related enquiries within the scope of our services.
Follow up on customer requests, payments, bookings, amendments and complaints.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
Support sales, customer retention and business development activities.
Prepare basic operational reports and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
Must be based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Must possess a recognised certificate in Airline Ticketing and Reservation, Travel & Tourism, or a relevant travel-industry qualification.
Practical knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or another Global Distribution System (GDS) is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Reliable internet connection, a suitable laptop and a quiet remote-working environment.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a travel agency, airline, hospitality or customer service role is an advantage.
Employment Conditions
Full-time employment.
Remote working arrangement at the initial stage.
Monthly salary of ₦100,000.
Candidates must be available during the company's designated working hours.
