Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

A technical background or strong technical understanding of web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira / Asana / Linear
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in client-facing delivery roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with a high level of ownership
Nice to have
