About the Role
we are looking for a confident and reliable Cold Caller to conduct outbound calls for our marketing-agency clients.
Because our clients serve different industries, you must be able to quickly understand new products, services, and target audiences. You will receive qualified leads, calling scripts, access to a power dialer, training, and ongoing guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to provided leads
Follow calling scripts while keeping conversations natural
Clearly explain different products and services
Qualify prospects and identify genuine interest
Handle common questions and objections confidently
Schedule appointments or move prospects to the appropriate next step
Maintain accurate call notes and outcomes
Meet agreed activity and performance targets
Remain punctual and available throughout the assigned shift
Adapt quickly when assigned to a new client, industry, or offer
Mandatory Requirements
6–18 months of cold-calling, telemarketing, or outbound-sales experience
Clear, easily understandable English suitable for speaking with US prospects
Good understanding of sales, lead qualification, and objection handling
Confidence speaking with new prospects over the phone
Ability to work 11:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT, Monday–Friday
Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace
Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
Comfortable calling prospects across different industries
Immediate or near-immediate availability

The guaranteed base salary is 20,000–35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, communication, and interview performance.
Performance bonuses may be offered at the company’s discretion. Bonuses are not guaranteed or disclosed in advance, so candidates should evaluate the opportunity based on the guaranteed base salary.
