Role Description The RM Wealth – Retail Loan / Insurance / PMS role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of retail clients, advising them on loans, insurance products, and portfolio management services aligned with their financial goals. Daily responsibilities include client acquisition and relationship management, conducting financial needs assessments, presenting suitable retail loan and insurance solutions, and coordinating documentation and processing with relevant institutions. The role also requires regular portfolio reviews, cross-selling appropriate wealth products, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is expected to deliver seamless client experiences and support overall busines

Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and sales skills, with the ability to acquire, retain, and grow retail wealth clients.
Knowledge of retail loan products (home loans, personal loans, etc.), insurance solutions (life, health, general), and basic portfolio management services.
Ability to conduct financial needs analysis, explain products clearly, and provide suitable recommendations based on client profiles and risk appetite.
Proficiency in documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes related to loans, insurance, and investment products.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage diverse clients in a professional manner.
Basic analytical and numerical skills for reviewing portfolios, understanding product features, and monitoring performance.
Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and digital channels for client communication and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in wealth management, insurance, or financial planning are an advantage.
Prior experience in retail banking, insurance distribution, wealth management, or financial advisory is preferred.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
