🔹 Role: Business Integration Specialist
🔹 Location: Remote / Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Understand client business processes, objectives, and integration requirements
✅ Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Lighthouse
✅ Integrate CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, and Payment platforms
✅ Gather requirements, create user stories, and manage projects end-to-end
✅ Work with APIs, Webhooks, JSON payloads, and custom integrations
✅ Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver successful solutions
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong understanding of business processes and automation opportunities
✔ Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books/Zoho Finance, Stripe, or similar accounting and financial systems
✔ Proven experience in: • Understanding business and integration requirements
• Working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and connectors
• Data and field mapping between multiple systems
• Configuring, implementing, and supporting integration workflows
• Troubleshooting synchronization, authentication, and integration issues
• Managing client communication and coordinating with technical teams
✔ Experience with CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, and SaaS platforms
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
