Role & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates across diverse tech and non-tech verticals using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain real-time ATS updates to ensure seamless candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions for market competitiveness.
Conduct initial candidate assessments including resume review, culture-fit alignment, and salary negotiation support.
Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach, nurture pipelines, and track hiring metrics.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives by crafting engaging job posts and social media content for recruitment campaigns.

Basic understanding of Tech Stack (Java, Python, UI/UX, DevOps)
Experience in startup or SaaS hiring environments
