About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and reconcile month-end financial statements, GLs, and inter-company transactions with precision and timeliness.
Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings in adherence to Indian regulations.
Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, well-documented accounting records and internal control documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance processes with business growth and ERP implementation cycles.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and internal policy compliance across all financial operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
CA Interim cleared (mandatory)
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or SAP FICO
Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF/ESI compliance
Excel – Advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
Experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliation
Preferred
Exposure to ERP implementation or digital accounting tools
Basic understanding of MIS reporting and budgeting workflows
Experience in audit support or internal controls documentation
