Remote Junior Vulnerability Management Analyst (AED 10,000–14,000 per month)

We’re hiring a Remote Junior Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our growing cybersecurity team.
As a Junior Vulnerability Management Analyst, you’ll help identify, assess, and track security weaknesses across our systems, applications, and IT infrastructure. You’ll work alongside experienced security professionals to support vulnerability assessments, prioritize potential risks, and help ensure identified issues are addressed effectively.
This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in cybersecurity with an interest in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and defensive security. Whether you’re a recent graduate, transitioning from IT support, completing cybersecurity certifications, or developing your skills through hands-on labs, you’ll have the opportunity to gain practical experience and build a strong technical foundation.
Previous professional cybersecurity experience is not required. We value curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Location: Fully remote — Dubai and UAE-based applicants welcome, subject to employment eligibility.
Compensation: AED 10,000–14,000 per month, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
### What You’ll Do
* Assist with vulnerability scans across systems, applications, and network infrastructure
* Help identify outdated software, misconfigurations, and potential security weaknesses
* Review vulnerability scan results and assist with assessing the severity of findings
* Support the prioritization of vulnerabilities based on risk and potential business impact
* Track identified vulnerabilities and follow up with technical teams on remediation
* Help prepare vulnerability assessment reports and maintain accurate documentation
* Assist with basic security configuration reviews and technical assessments
* Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve system security
* Learn to use vulnerability management and security assessment tools
* Research emerging vulnerabilities, security advisories, and common attack techniques
* Support continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes and procedures
### Who You Are
* Interested in starting a career in cybersecurity
* Have a basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and information security
* Familiar with concepts such as CVEs, software vulnerabilities, patching, and access controls
* Comfortable using Windows and/or Linux environments
* Interested in learning how security assessment tools work
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable investigating technical problems
* Able to document findings and communicate clearly with technical teams
* Proactive, curious, and willing to learn from experienced colleagues
The following are beneficial but not required:
* CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Google Cybersecurity Certificate
* Familiarity with tools such as Nessus, OpenVAS, Nmap, or Burp Suite through training or personal projects
* Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
* Experience with TryHackMe, Hack The Box, or Capture the Flag exercises
* Personal cybersecurity labs, coursework, or penetration-testing practice environments
* A degree or qualification in cybersecurity, computer science, or IT
* Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or technical troubleshooting
No previous professional cybersecurity experience is required. We welcome recent graduates, career changers, self-taught candidates, and applicants who have developed relevant skills through training or independent projects.
