Role Description The Director Project Management at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex parking infrastructure projects. This role leads project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The director will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and service teams, and maintain alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project performance metrics, implementing process improvements, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves mentoring project managers, supporting business development with project inputs, and contributing to strategic decisions related to program and portfolio management across India and international locations.
Qualifications
Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead multiple complex projects and portfolios effectively.
Demonstrated experience in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage costs, resources, and project profitability.
Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring project teams and collaborating across functions and levels.
Experience in Process Improvement, with a track record of optimizing workflows, implementing best practices, and driving operational efficiency.
10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and internal leadership.
Understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards, ideally within industrial, civil, or smart infrastructure environments.
