Business Support Intern

Role Objective
Build a consistent flow of relevant technical and institutional enquiries by identifying suitable audiences, creating accurate
and personalized communication, managing follow-ups, and supporting qualified opportunities through the next stage. The
work must be documented clearly so that activity, response, and progress can be reviewed each week.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify universities, research institutes, laboratories, manufacturers companies whose work may require Schnaiffer products.
• Research and verify organizations, departments, applications, official email addresses, countries, and source details.
• Prepare and send personalized email campaigns and LinkedIn messages using approved company information and
communication standards.
• Use approved multichannel outreach, including calls and WhatsApp messages where appropriate, and record meaningful
activity.
• Monitor responses, answer routine enquiries promptly, and follow up with active prospects according to the agreed schedule.
• Capture product interest, application context, requirements, RFQs, quotation requests, meetings, and next actions in the
working record.
• Coordinate with the Schnaiffer team when a technical clarification, quotation, sample, or commercial response is required.
• Submit a concise weekly report showing activity completed, response quality, live opportunities, and actions planned for the
following week.
