About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – E-commerce Operations to manage e-commerce projects, lead teams, handle client relationships, and drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate must have a strong E-commerce or BPO operations background, with experience in people management, client handling, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage e-commerce projects, operational deliverables, and team performance.
* Lead team leaders and associates to achieve business targets.
* Handle client communication and stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee customer support, order management, vendor onboarding, cancellations, and logistics coordination.
* Monitor SLAs, productivity, quality, and process compliance.
* Conduct team training and support onboarding for new project requirements.
* Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, Excel reports, and presentations.
* Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
* Ensure consistent service quality and achievement of performance targets.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations or BPO operations.
* At least 2 years of people management experience.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce processes, preferably content/cataloguing or related operations.
* Experience in customer support, order management, seller/vendor support, or process operations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
* Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong client management, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
* Willingness to work rotational and US shifts.
