Remote Junior Security Compliance Analyst (AED 9,000–13,000 per month)

We’re hiring a Remote Junior Security Compliance Analyst to join our growing information security team.
As a Junior Security Compliance Analyst, you’ll help ensure that our systems, processes, and business operations follow established information security policies and compliance requirements. You’ll work with colleagues across IT, security, and business operations to maintain documentation, support internal assessments, track risks, and help improve our overall security practices.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin a career in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or compliance. Whether you’re a recent graduate, transitioning from administration or IT support, or building your knowledge through online courses and certifications, you’ll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a growing field.
Previous professional cybersecurity experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how organizations protect sensitive information and maintain effective security controls.
Location: Fully remote — Dubai and UAE-based applicants welcome, subject to employment eligibility.
Compensation: AED 9,000–13,000 per month, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
### What You’ll Do
* Assist with maintaining information security policies, procedures, and internal documentation
* Support internal compliance reviews and information security assessments
* Help collect and organize evidence for audits and compliance checks
* Maintain risk registers, compliance trackers, and security-related records
* Assist with reviewing security controls and identifying gaps in existing processes
* Support assessments of third-party vendors and their security practices
* Help monitor compliance with internal policies and applicable security requirements
* Collaborate with IT and security teams to track issues and follow up on corrective actions
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries of compliance findings
* Assist with security awareness initiatives and employee guidance materials
* Research information security standards and emerging compliance requirements
### Who You Are
* Interested in starting a career in cybersecurity, information security, or compliance
* Have a basic understanding of information security and data protection principles

* Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, reports, and structured processes

The following are beneficial but not required:
* A degree or qualification in cybersecurity, IT, business, risk management, or a related field
* Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, or information security frameworks
* Introductory certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or similar training
* Experience with audit preparation, quality assurance, administration, or risk documentation
* Previous experience in IT support, operations, compliance, or administrative roles
* Relevant online courses, personal projects, or independent study
No previous professional cybersecurity experience is required. We welcome recent graduates, career changers, self-taught candidates, and applicants with transferable organizational and analytical skills.
