The Role: Quality Manager
We are seeking a hands-on professional who can translate quality standards into everyday practice—not just policies and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Implement, monitor, and strengthen the hospital’s quality management systems.
✅ Ensure strict and sustained adherence to NABH standards, applicable healthcare regulations, and internal protocols.
✅ Plan and conduct internal audits, identify gaps, assess risks, and ensure timely corrective and preventive action.
✅ Monitor compliance across clinical, nursing, diagnostic, and support departments.
✅ Train and engage staff at all levels to embed quality and patient safety into daily work.
✅ Analyse quality indicators, incidents and audit findings to drive measurable improvements in patient safety and hospital performance.
✅ Track non-conformities through to closure and ensure that improvements are sustained—not merely documented.
Who We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience in hospital quality management, NABH accreditation or healthcare quality assurance.
✔️ Sound understanding of NABH standards, healthcare regulations and hospital processes.
✔️ Strong skills in auditing, data analysis, risk assessment and process improvement.
✔️ The ability to train, guide and engage multidisciplinary teams.
✔️ A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can drive accountability and ensure that standards are followed consistently.
