At Design Walls, we’re looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Specialist who can connect with architects, interior designers, and industry professionals to build strong collaborations and generate new business opportunities.

💼 What Will You Do?
Connect & Network: Reach out to architects, interior designers, design studios, contractors, and other industry professionals through calls and various platforms.
Generate Quality Leads: Identify and develop new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, online research, referrals, and other sources.
Build Collaborations: Establish long-term professional relationships and explore collaboration opportunities with architects and interior design firms.
Explore New Opportunities: Research the market, discover potential clients, and identify new sources for lead generation.
Follow Up & Nurture: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to build trust and move business opportunities forward.
Expand Our Network: Help Design Walls connect with the right people and strengthen its presence in the interior design and architecture industry.
Maintain Lead Records: Track calls, contacts, follow-ups, and lead status to ensure an organized business development process.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 year of experience in business development, lead generation, telesales, or client acquisition. In the Interior Industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and approaching new prospects.
A proactive mindset with strong research and follow-up skills.
Ability to identify potential clients and generate leads from multiple sources.
Experience connecting with architects, interior designers, or professionals in the interiors industry is a plus.
💰 What We Offer
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹28,000 per month
