👋 About the Role
We are hiring a Human Resources Trainee who is starting their very first job. This is an entry-level role where we will train you from the ground up in recruitment, onboarding, and people operations. That’s exactly why this opening is for freshers only.
📝 What You’ll Do
Post jobs and manage candidate pipelines on our ATS
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
Maintain employee records and HR trackers in Google Sheets
Create and run employee feedback surveys using Google Forms
Support HR policies, employee communication, and engagement activities
✅ Eligibility (ALL Mandatory, FRESHERS ONLY)
Fresher with 0 years of full-time work experience (internships are fine)
Graduated in 2025 or 2026, or currently in your final year
Good written and spoken English
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
Own laptop and stable internet connection
