Vice President of Financial Products and Services

Role Description The Vice President of Financial Products and Services is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for designing and overseeing the studio’s financial products, services, and monetization strategies. This role leads the development and optimization of in-game economies, pricing models, subscription offerings, and related financial systems that support sustainable growth while respecting player experience. The Vice President collaborates closely with product, game design, marketing, and community teams to integrate financial features into game roadmaps and live operations. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial performance and player behavior, setting KPIs, managing budgets, and aligning financial initiatives with the studio’s mission and long-term strategy. The role also oversees cross-functional projects, manages stakeholders and vendors, and ensures compliance with relevant financial and digital commerce regulations.
Qualifications
Strong Finance and Analytical Skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven Product Management and Product Development experience in financial products, digital services, or game monetization.
Effective Project Management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.
Experience designing or managing in-game economies, virtual currencies, or digital payment systems is highly beneficial.
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively in a remote environment, with clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
Background in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or digital platforms is preferred; prior leadership experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
