Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading ISOCIALS’ overall financial strategy and operations. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation to support product development and market expansion. The CFO prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements and reports, ensures compliance with relevant regulations, and maintains strong internal controls. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the executive team on fundraising and investor relations, assessing financial risks and opportunities, optimizing unit economics for SaaS products, and providing clear financial insights for strategic decisions. The CFO also collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish financial KPIs, improve financial processes, and support pricing strategies for current and future products.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate or startup financial management.
Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting and cash flow management.
Hands-on experience preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating unit economics, product profitability, and investment decisions.
Experience in SaaS or technology startups, preferably in emerging markets or the MENA region.
Knowledge of fundraising processes, investor relations, and capital structuring is highly beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
