Vice President of Quality Assurance, North America

Role Description The Vice President of Quality Assurance, North America is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for designing and overseeing the quality vision, strategy, and execution across ISOCIALS’ software products in the North American market. This role leads quality assurance teams, establishes standards and processes, and ensures that releases meet defined quality metrics and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining QA frameworks, managing test planning and execution, monitoring defect trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and product teams. The Vice President will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, operations, and customer success to align quality goals with business objectives and customer expectations. This role also provides executive-level reporting on quality performance, manages vendor or third-party QA relationships when applicable, and mentors team members to build a high-performing quality organization.
Qualifications
Strong quality control expertise, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.
Deep experience in quality assurance and quality management, with a track record of building scalable QA processes and frameworks.
Background in quality auditing and continuous improvement, including root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to software and data in North America.
Proven leadership experience in senior QA or engineering roles, ideally in SaaS or product-led technology companies.
Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience using metrics and dashboards to drive quality outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
Experience working in or with international teams and familiarity with the MENA market is beneficial.
