Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ISOCIALS will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations in alignment with overall business goals. This is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation, as well as maintaining robust financial controls and compliance. The CFO will prepare and review financial statements and reports, provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making, and collaborate with leadership on fundraising, investor relations, and long-term growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up scalable financial processes for a growing software company, managing relationships with external auditors and financial institutions, and supporting product and market expansion with sound financial analysis. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure that financial strategies support innovation, sustainability, and regional scaling.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial documents to stakeholders.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, model scenarios, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Demonstrated experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within software, SaaS, or technology startups.
Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and managing capital structures is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of regional MENA market dynamics and experience with international or cross-border operations is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
