Member of the Board of Advisors | Deepgrids
Help shape how enterprise companies get business done with AI.
Deepgrids is building the AI deal operations team for enterprise software companies. We combine AI software and experienced operators to handle the work that turns customer commitments into completed deals—from quoting and approval coordination to contract follow-through and billing handoffs.
Customers retain commercial authority. We take responsibility for delivering the work they entrust to us.
We’re already backed by angel investors with experience at Palo Alto Networks, Google, Amazon, and Twilio. We’re now bringing together advisors with different backgrounds and a shared ability to help us make better decisions.
The opportunity
Building Deepgrids requires judgment across technology, customer needs, enterprise trust, and company growth.
What work should customers entrust to us first? Where can AI make a meaningful difference? What must we prove before an enterprise expands its relationship with us? How do we build a company that delivers consistently as it grows?
As a member of our Board of Advisors, you will work directly with the founders on questions like these. Your experience will help shape our priorities, challenge our assumptions, and inform decisions while the company is still taking shape.
Where you can make an impact
We welcome advisors who can contribute in one or more of the following areas:
Customers and markets. Help us understand customer priorities, choose our first markets, and build a compelling case for adoption.
Product and technology. Challenge our product direction, AI approach, and the systems needed to deliver reliable results.
Enterprise trust and delivery. Guide how we approach security, legal requirements, oversight, and the commitments customers expect.
Business model and growth. Help shape pricing, economics, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and expansion.
Company building. Bring judgment to hiring, leadership, organizational design, financing, and the decisions that define an early company.
Relationships and perspective. Where appropriate, connect us with relevant customers, talent, partners, and other people whose experience can help us move forward.
You do not need to contribute across every area. We value a clear strength, an informed perspective, and the willingness to engage.
Who we’d like to meet
We welcome founders, executives, operators, technical leaders, industry specialists, and investors who have built companies, developed products, served enterprise customers, or solved difficult business problems.
Your background might be in Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, AI, Legal, Security, Customer Success, People, Strategy, or another field relevant to what we are building.
You may have led a function at a large company, helped scale a startup, built a business yourself, or developed deep expertise in a particular domain. The contribution you can make matters more than a particular title.
We value practical experience, intellectual independence, and people who can explain what worked, what failed, and why. We want advisors who will challenge the founders, bring a different perspective, and help turn that perspective into better decisions.
Working together
This is a remote advisory opportunity based in the United States. Each engagement will be shaped around the advisor’s expertise and the company’s needs, with scope, time commitment, and terms agreed directly with the founders.
We also welcome experienced professionals who invest in early-stage companies.
