Senior R&D Project Manager | Innovation & Strategic Execution
Location: Remote / Online
Reporting To: Chief Technology Officer / VP of Research & Innovation / Executive Leadership
Profile Summary
Seasoned R&D Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end product innovation, technical research initiatives, and cross-functional project execution in global and remote-first environments. Expert at translating complex scientific and technical concepts into scalable commercial pipelines, managing distributed engineering and research teams, and optimizing Stage-Gate innovation lifecycles. Proven track record of mitigating project risk, ensuring regulatory and IP alignment, and delivering high-impact solutions on time and under budget.

Strategic R&D Governance: Directing end-to-end product lifecycles from preliminary research and proof-of-concept to market rollout.
Distributed Team Leadership: Driving alignment across remote, cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, product designers, and commercial partners.
