Location: Global remote; Colombia sourcing focus.
Salary Range: Up to USD 6,000 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role:
Own the website as a source of qualified sales meetings. Improve the journey from landing page to booking, grow relevant traffic, and personally ship code, pages and experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve conversion, qualified meetings and resulting pipeline from website traffic.
• Establish trustworthy funnel measurement with Revenue Operations.
• Run CRO experiments across messaging, offers, pages, forms and booking flows.
• Build and maintain HTML/JavaScript, CMS-backed pages, components and integrations.
• Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery.
• Own site speed, mobile experience, accessibility, tracking and release quality.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on ownership of a large B2B website with important conversion flows.
• Proven CRO and organic-growth results.
• Practical HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS skills beyond visual website builders.
• Live examples of work personally shipped, with baselines, results and your contribution.
• Ability to use AI-assisted coding and verify the finished work.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience connecting website improvements to qualified sales meetings and pipeline.
