Roles we’re hiring for, at every level from fresher to senior
Proposal Writers: turn technical input and past performance into winning proposal sections
Proposal and Bid Managers or Coordinators: run schedules, track requirements and drive submissions to deadline
Compliance Specialists: build compliance matrices and make sure every RFP requirement is answered
Editors: sharpen clarity, consistency and voice
Desktop Publishers and Graphic Designers: make proposals look as strong as they read
Researchers and Capture Analysts: research agencies, competitors and opportunities to find the bids worth winning
Contract Administrators and Commercial Contracts Specialists: build contract templates, trackers and deliverable schedules that keep every award on track
You’ll thrive here if you have
Experience in proposal writing, bid management, contracts, editing, publishing, graphics or business research
Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
Comfort working with a U.S. team, with some overlap with U.S. Eastern hours
Skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe or similar tools
Strong advantages: RFP or U.S. federal proposal experience, government contracting knowledge, and APMP certification at any level.
You’ll work on unrestricted material; our U.S. team handles controlled information and government systems.
Location: Remote, anywhere globally, with a special welcome to applicants in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR and Mumbai.
