We are expanding our Payroll Outsourcing Services and looking for a Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Payroll: Manage monthly payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary disbursement.
Statutory Compliance: Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, and other applicable Indian payroll compliances.
Client Management: Coordinate with clients for payroll inputs, attendance, leave, reimbursements, deductions, and payroll approvals.
Payroll Operations: Manage salary structures, CTC calculations, incentives, arrears, bonuses, full & final settlements, and Form 16 coordination.
Compliance Filings: Prepare statutory returns, challans, reconciliations, and compliance reports.
Payroll Reconciliation: Validate payroll registers, bank advice, statutory deductions, and monthly payroll reports.
Process Improvement: Implement payroll SOPs, maker-checker controls, quality checks, and automation to improve efficiency.
Team & Service Delivery: Coordinate payroll executives, manage client SLAs, resolve payroll queries, and ensure timely deliverables.
HRMS Implementation: Support client onboarding, payroll configuration, data migration, and payroll automation using HRMS software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Indian payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Experience handling multiple client payrolls, preferably in a payroll outsourcing company, HR consulting firm, or payroll services provider.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, payroll taxation, and Indian labour laws.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and payroll/HRMS applications.
Strong analytical, communication, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage payroll deadlines and compliance requirements.
Preferred: Experience in payroll outsourcing, multi-location payroll processing, payroll transitions, and HRMS implementation.
