As we continue to scale our digital business, we’re looking for a hands-on Key Account Manager to take ownership of our E-commerce & Quick Commerce business and drive growth, profitability and platform expansion.
🔑 What You’ll Own
Own monthly sales, revenue, contribution and P&L targets across key platforms.
Manage platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Tira and other emerging channels.
Build and execute platform-wise business plans, growth forecasts and promotional strategies.
Drive visibility, assortment, pricing, promotions and platform activations.
Build strong relationships with platform/category managers and negotiate commercials, visibility and growth opportunities.
Drive Quick Commerce growth through availability, OSA, assortment, inventory health and city/cluster expansion.
Lead marketplace growth through PLA, PPC, display, brand campaigns, catalogue and content optimisation.
Own new product launches across marketplaces and quick commerce — from catalogue readiness to visibility and performance tracking.
Track and analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, OSA, inventory and contribution.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse and Marketing teams to ensure stock availability and smooth platform operations.
Identify business gaps and turn data into clear, actionable growth plans.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace or Quick Commerce.
Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart.
Strong understanding of P&L, marketplace economics and digital marketing.
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Someone who is commercially strong, data-driven and hands-on.
Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG or D2C will be an advantage.
Most importantly, someone who takes ownership and wants to build rather than simply manage accounts.
