Remote Junior Endpoint Security Analyst — AED 9,000–13,000 per month

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Junior Endpoint Security Analyst to join our growing cybersecurity team.
In this role, you’ll help protect company laptops, desktops, and other devices against malware, unauthorized access, and suspicious activity. You’ll work with IT administrators and experienced security professionals to monitor endpoint alerts, support security investigations, and maintain secure device configurations.

## Key Responsibilities
* Assist with monitoring endpoint security alerts and notifications.
* Help investigate suspicious files, processes, and device activity.
* Support the deployment and maintenance of endpoint protection tools.
* Assist with reviewing device security settings and configuration compliance.
* Help identify outdated software and missing security updates.
* Document security incidents and escalate complex cases to senior analysts.
* Support malware prevention and endpoint incident response procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of devices, security findings, and remediation activities.
* Collaborate with IT teams to improve device security and reduce risks.
* Follow established security policies and endpoint protection procedures.
## Candidate Requirements
* Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and IT security concepts.
* Interest in endpoint protection, malware prevention, and cybersecurity.
* Familiarity with Windows or Linux fundamentals.
* Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities.
* Willingness to learn security tools and incident handling procedures.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
* Responsible handling of confidential information.
The following are advantageous but not mandatory:
* A degree or diploma in IT, computer science, networking, or cybersecurity.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, endpoint detection and response (EDR), or antivirus tools.
* Basic understanding of malware, phishing, and common endpoint threats.
* Experience with Windows administration, device management, or software updates.
* CompTIA Security+, Google Cybersecurity Certificate, or similar foundational training.
* Experience with personal IT labs, online courses, or cybersecurity exercises.
No previous professional cybersecurity experience is required. Candidates with transferable IT support skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
