Role Description The Salesforce Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business requirements and A Business Studio’s integrated ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include architecting Salesforce system landscapes, configuring and customizing the platform, leading development efforts, and overseeing integration with other business systems. The Salesforce Architect will collaborate with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to translate business processes into technical designs, ensure best practices for security and data integrity, and optimize performance. The role also involves mentoring team members, reviewing technical deliverables, and supporting ongoing improvements to the Salesforce environment.
Qualifications
Strong Salesforce.com platform expertise, including solution architecture, data model design, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development, including Apex, triggers, and customization of standard objects.
Experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building responsive, user-centric interfaces.
Hands-on Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, security, and workflow automation.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
Proven experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions in a consulting or multi-client environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead technical discussions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
