Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives, market expansion opportunities, customer programs, and new commercial priorities.
Conduct market and business performance analysis to identify trends, competitive developments, customer opportunities, and potential growth areas.
Support business strategy development by assessing market opportunities, customer segments, commercial priorities, and the resources required to achieve growth objectives.
Establish processes for measuring marketing return on investment and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor marketing project execution to ensure activities remain aligned with approved budgets, timelines, objectives, and performance expectations.
Partner with Product and Technology teams to improve marketing data quality, reporting capabilities, workflow automation, and operational systems.
Prepare executive-level business reviews, marketing performance reports, forecasts, strategic plans, and decision-support materials.
Develop resource planning frameworks to ensure marketing teams have the appropriate staffing, capabilities, tools, and budgets to meet business objectives.
Establish operating standards for external agencies, vendors, contractors, and other marketing partners, including performance expectations and reporting requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen accountability, planning discipline, operational consistency, and marketing effectiveness.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing operations and business strategy team as organizational requirements expand.
