Role Description The Azure Cloud Computing & DevOps Intern role is a remote internship focused on gaining real-world experience with cloud and DevOps practices. Interns will assist in configuring and managing Azure cloud resources, working with containerized applications, and supporting basic deployment pipelines. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with team members on simple automation scripts, monitoring and troubleshooting development environments, and documenting processes and configurations. The role offers guided exposure to industry tools and workflows, allowing interns to build practical skills while contributing to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Cloud and DevOps fundamentals, including familiarity with Azure services and basic Continuous Integration concepts.
Software Development skills with at least one programming language and understanding of integration practices.
Experience or coursework in containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line workflows.
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Any prior project work, internships, or certifications in cloud computing or DevOps is a plus.
