Head of Aviation Education

AERO LAUNCH is looking for an experienced, results-driven Head of Aviation Education to lead our Education Department. We need a strong leader who can manage people, take ownership of operations, meet strict deadlines, and drive the department forward.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Education Consultants and Visa Consultants.
Oversee student admissions, applications, visa coordination, and the overall student journey.
Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure tasks are completed within strict deadlines.
Maintain high standards of customer service, communication, and accountability.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and international partners.
Identify operational gaps, improve processes, and implement effective solutions.
Drive departmental growth and ensure the team consistently delivers measurable results.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in the education consultancy industry.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and professional English proficiency.
A proactive, accountable, and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of departmental performance.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered.
Knowledge of aviation education pathways, including EASA ATO, ATCO & Part-147, or international aviation training, is an added advantage, not a requirement.
Candidates without aviation-specific knowledge must be willing to learn and develop their understanding of the industry.
