About the Role:
RupeeQ is looking for a highly skilled, hands-on and forward-thinking Tech Lead who can take complete ownership of our technology ecosystem.
We need someone who doesn’t just write code but can architect scalable solutions, lead engineering teams, solve complex technical challenges and turn business ideas into reliable digital products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Leadership & Architecture
* Own end-to-end technology planning, architecture, development and execution.
* Design scalable, secure and high-performance systems.
* Make key decisions on technology stacks, infrastructure and integrations.
* Define technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
2. Product Development & Ownership
Lead the technical development and management of:
* RupeeQ Website and Digital Platforms
* RupeeQ Mobile Application (Android & iOS)
* QFit Health Website and Digital Products
* Loan Management System (LMS)
* CRM, Internal Dashboards and Automation Systems
* Third-party APIs, Payment Gateways and Partner Integrations
3. Full-Stack Engineering
* Strong hands-on expertise in frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
* Review code, troubleshoot critical issues and improve application performance.
* Build scalable REST APIs and microservices where appropriate.
* Ensure reliable integrations across web, mobile and internal applications.
4. Team Leadership & Execution
* Lead, mentor and manage developers across frontend, backend and mobile development.
* Assign tasks, conduct code reviews and ensure quality delivery.
* Manage sprint planning, development timelines and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with UI/UX, Product, Marketing and Business teams.
5. Cloud, DevOps & Security
* Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and production environments.
* Implement CI/CD, monitoring, backups and disaster recovery.
* Ensure application security, API security and data protection.
* Maintain reliable, scalable and cost-efficient infrastructure.
6. Innovation & Automation
* Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and workflow automation.
* Improve operational efficiency through internal technology tools.
* Evaluate emerging technologies for practical business applications.
Required Technical Skills:
* Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
* Backend: Node.js, Python, Java or equivalent backend technologies
* Mobile: Flutter / React Native or strong experience leading mobile app development
* Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
* Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
* DevOps: Git, Docker, CI/CD and deployment automation
* Architecture: REST APIs, System Design, Microservices and Third-party Integrations
* Security: Authentication, Authorization, Data Security and Secure Coding Practices
Deep expertise in a proven technology stack is more important than experience with every technology listed.
What We’re Looking For:
* 4–5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
* Proven experience independently owning and delivering production applications.
* Strong system design, architecture and problem-solving skills.
* Experience mentoring developers and managing technical delivery.
* Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
* Excellent ownership, accountability and decision-making abilities.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
* Strong communication skills and a product-first mindset.
Preferred: Experience in Fintech, Lending, HealthTech, SaaS or high-growth digital platforms.
