Role Description The Greek Transcription (Remote) role is a full-time position focused on converting Greek audio and video content into accurate written text. Day-to-day tasks include listening to recordings, transcribing spoken Greek with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and formatting transcripts according to project guidelines. The role also involves verifying audio quality, clarifying unclear segments through research or context, and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent assignments. Team members collaborate through the DatoviaPlayHouse platform, follow standardized workflows, and maintain confidentiality of all client materials while working fully remotely.
Qualifications
Strong Greek language skills, including excellent listening comprehension, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Proficiency in transcription workflows, including audio playback tools, text formatting standards, and quality control practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in written content.
