About the Opportunity:
The PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR - QUALITY REVENUE ENHANCEMENT is responsible for managing daily tasks related to achieving goals for government and health plan Quality Incentive Programs. This role ensures providers meet attestation requirements, acts as a point of contact for inquiries on payments or performance, and collaborates with data and performance teams to analyze trends and communicate improvement opportunities. The position plays a key role in supporting the organization's quality and revenue enhancement objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily deliverables for Quality Incentive Programs.
Ensure provider compliance with attestation requirements.
Serve as liaison for internal and external payment and performance inquiries.
Partner with Decision Support teams to obtain data and analyze performance trends.
Support Performance Improvement teams in identifying and communicating performance opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or medical claims/insurance operations.
Preferred PMI Project Management Professional certification at hire.
Preferred 5 years of experience in healthcare or managed care systems.
Preferred experience in ambulatory care project management.
Preferred knowledge of Six Sigma Quality Improvement and Lean processes.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The posted wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
