About the Opportunity:
The LEAD-PRODUCER SERVICES READINESS is responsible for serving as the senior subject matter expert in Producer Services readiness. This role ensures that new or changing business-process requirements are effectively translated into practical workflows, standard operating procedures, training, and launch plans. The position leads coordination of readiness activities, assesses operational feasibility, and monitors adoption to support smooth implementation and ongoing process stabilization.
Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter expert for new and changing Producer Services business processes.
Translate approved policies and decisions into clear workflows and operating requirements.
Collaborate with team leaders to confirm operating approaches.
Map current and future processes including roles, handoffs, and controls.
Identify gaps, conflicts, and dependencies impacting implementation.
Recommend practical operating solutions balancing clarity, control, and service quality.
Maintain awareness of Producer Services processes across various functions.
Assess operational feasibility and impacts of new requirements.
Coordinate implementation and operationalization of processes.
Draft and maintain process documentation including SOPs and escalation protocols.
Coordinate transition of requirements into daily operations.
Assess readiness before launch and escalate unresolved risks.
Monitor post-launch adoption and coordinate updates or corrective actions.
Develop and coordinate operational training and prepare related materials.
Facilitate training sessions and support staff readiness.
Coordinate operational launch plans and post-launch stabilization.
Partner with the Product Owner to align business processes with system roadmaps.
Provide operational input for system development and testing.
Participate in user acceptance testing as operational-process expert.
Identify gaps between business processes and technical solutions.
Support readiness activities for system improvements.
Maintain separation between process readiness and product ownership.
Requirements:
Expertise in Producer Services business processes.
Strong operational judgment with escalation skills.
Experience in process mapping and workflow documentation.
Ability to translate policy into operational procedures.
Coordination skills for readiness and launch activities.
Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Training development and facilitation experience.
Understanding of systems development lifecycle and user acceptance testing.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
