Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai. The Junior Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for industrial IoT and predictive maintenance solutions, working closely with senior marketing and sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven reporting to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies. The role involves coordinating digital and offline marketing activities, creating and reviewing marketing content, managing social media and email campaigns, and helping organize events, webinars, and customer outreach initiatives. The Junior Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and clear communication of product value to target audiences.
Qualifications
Marketing fundamentals and strategy: strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
Digital marketing skills: experience or training in social media marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Content and communication: ability to create clear marketing copy, assist with content development, and communicate complex technical ideas in simple terms.
Research and analysis: skills in market research, competitor analysis, and interpreting data to support marketing decisions.
Collaboration and organization: ability to coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Education and background: bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; exposure to B2B or technology/industrial sectors is an advantage.
Technical and industry awareness: interest in industrial IoT, manufacturing operations, and predictive maintenance solutions; willingness to learn technical concepts.
Knowledge and experience of Video editing, and animation a plus

Additional beneficial skills: basic CRM tool experience, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with design or marketing automation tools is a plus.
