Illustrator

Our client, a boutique agency, is looking for a Vector Illustrator to support a quick project.
The client has an existing Hawaiian shirt design concept that was initially created using AI. They are looking for an experienced Illustrator to use the current artwork as a reference and rebuild it as clean, production-ready vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator. While the final design can closely match the existing concept, the Illustrator will need to redraw, refine, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the artwork is accurate, scalable, and ready for print production.
Responsibilities:
- Recreate and refine existing shirt artwork using Adobe Illustrator
- Convert and rebuild artwork as clean, organized vector graphics
- Redraw elements as needed to bring the concept to life
- Make adjustments to ensure the design is print-ready for apparel production
- Collaborate with the client and incorporate feedback as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills with expertise in vector illustration
- Experience creating print-ready artwork for apparel, merchandise, or similar applications
- Ability to recreate and enhance existing concepts while maintaining the original creative vision
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of production requirements
- Portfolio showcasing original vector artwork and/or apparel illustration required
Bonus:
- Experience translating AI-generated concepts into production-ready designs

Other: Please note that MME currently employs a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work remotely, but are required to work in our office at PENN 1 on one Wednesday each month (which will be designated in advance by management). This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the agencys partners. In addition, there may be occasional client meetings which will require attendance.
