About The Role
We are seeking experienced Agency Recruiters to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will leverage your recruitment expertise to develop new business, manage client relationships, and identify top talent across various industries. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in agency staffing or recruiting roles.
Proven track record of successful placements and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong sales and business development skills to attract and retain clients.
Full-desk recruiting experience, managing both client relationships and candidate pipelines.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and maintaining existing relationships.
Utilize Jobot's advanced technology, including Jax ATS and Jeni AI assistant, to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to onboarding successful candidates.
Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions with clients, candidates, and team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS and other CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and candidate quality.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, strategies, and success stories.
