SAP Fieldglass Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions for contractor management and services procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize SAP Fieldglass modules, workflows, and templates.
Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, SAP Ariba, and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot system incidents and integration issues.
Support contractor management processes, system enhancements, and data migrations.
Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
5–10 years of SAP Fieldglass implementation and configuration experience, particularly in Services Procurement.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and Supply Chain integrations.
Experience with Contingent Workforce Management and Worker Profile modules.
Experience with large-scale contractor data migrations (10,000+ records).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Utilities, or similar heavy industries.
PMP certification.
Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and other third-party platforms.
