Location: Remote – Latin America (LATAM)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Build REST/SOAP integrations and automate workflows using Flow Designer.
Configure ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
Troubleshoot production issues, support upgrades, and improve platform performance.
Collaborate with technical teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and ITSM.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience with ITOM, Discovery, SecOps, CSDM, OAuth 2.0, PowerShell, or AWS.
