Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping
Lemon Tree Hotel, Junagadh
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned public areas according to hotel standards.
- Prepare rooms for arrivals and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any safety concerns to the appropriate team.
- Handle housekeeping supplies and equipment carefully and keep work areas organized.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to support smooth guest service.
- Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, and guest privacy.
What we’re looking for
- A courteous, service-minded approach and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage; training can be provided.
