Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead sales teams, drive revenue growth, improve conversions, and build a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
Monitor daily sales performance, funnel metrics, conversions, and productivity.
Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and regular team reviews.
Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations.
Drive team engagement, accountability, and a strong performance culture.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Minimum 3 years of team handling experience is mandatory.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
EdTech / B2C sales experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
