Job Description
Experience in handling and managing CCTV surveillance systems comprising 5,000+ cameras at client locations.
Hands-on experience with multiple Video Management System (VMS) applications.
Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting various VMS platforms.
Knowledge of video analytics and its features and functionalities.
Knowledge of video summarization and its features and functionalities.
Experience in liaising with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for technical support and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, manage, and maintain VMS platforms and related applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot VMS applications and associated CCTV surveillance systems.
Support the implementation and configuration of video analytics features.
Understand and support video summarization functionalities.
Coordinate with OEMs for technical assistance, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
Ensure the smooth functioning and optimal performance of VMS platforms and associated surveillance infrastructure.
