This role decides that.
Every hire across sales, technology, operations and customer experience will pass through you first. We are looking for an exceptional HR professional who holds a high bar and builds people systems that scale.
What you’ll own
→ The full hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, founder-round coordination, offer and close
→ The bar at the door. You select for ownership and ability, not just credentials.
→ People operations end to end: onboarding, policies, documentation and statutory compliance
→ Hiring and HR SOPs that are written once and improved every cycle
Requirements
→ Bachelor’s degree required. MBA (HR), MHRM, MSW (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
→ 2–5 years across talent acquisition and HR generalist work. Startup or high-growth experience is a plus.
→ Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance: EPFO, ESI, POSH and the Kerala Shops & Establishments Act
→ A proven record of closing strong candidates other companies couldn’t
→ Fast, decisive and precise. A slow pipeline costs us the best people.
→ Excellent written and spoken English. Malayalam and Hindi are a plus.
