Your Qualifications
Strong technical skills that cover the following areas:
Software installation and troubleshooting skills
Data and permission migration tools
Virtualization experience (VMWare, Hyper-V)
Windows/Linux Server operating systems
Execute and monitor scripts (Python, SQL, PowerShell)
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO
Prior experience supporting Enterprise software or supporting Enterprise applications in technical capacity for a SaaS environment.
Experience migrating data and permissions
Extensive experience with customer-facing implem
